Table Tops, Shelves & Custom Cut Glass

Glass table tops, floating shelves, cabinet glass, desk protectors, and one-off fabrication cut, polished, and tempered to your template in our Bentonville shop.

Some jobs do not fit a category, and those are some of our favorites. Bring us a template, a sketch, or the furniture itself, and our shop will cut, polish, drill, and temper glass to match.

Table top protectors save heirloom wood dining tables. Tempered shelves carry retail displays. Pattern glass restores antique cabinet doors. If it is made of glass and it is flat, we can probably fabricate it, and if we cannot, we will tell you who can.

Questions

Table Tops & Custom Glass FAQ

How thick should a glass table top be?
Protectors over wood run 1/4" to 3/8". Free-standing tops on a base should be 1/2" to 3/4" depending on span and overhang. We will size it for the load.
Do table tops need tempering?
We temper anything load-bearing, walked past by kids, or subject to heat, such as fire pit guards and patio tops. Protectors on full-support wood can stay annealed.
Can you cut glass while I wait?
Simple annealed cuts, often yes at our Bentonville shop. Polished edges, drilling, and tempering need shop time; most custom pieces run about a week.
Can you match old pattern glass?
We stock and source common obscure and pattern glass and can usually find a close match for cabinet and door restoration.
